The Township Clerk maintains the records of the township as the secretary of the township board. The clerk must certify signatures on certain documents, keep an accurate record of all meetings and is responsible for publishing notices and ordinances of the township. The Clerk also serves as the Chief Election Official of the township and works with the County Clerk's office in this capacity.

Voter Registration
In order to vote in an election you must be a registered voter in Cook County 30 days before the election. You can register to vote at the Township office from 8:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please bring two forms of identification with you.
To register you must be:
1. A U.S. citizen
2. At least 18 years of age by Election Day
3. A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to election.
4. Have documentation that shows address and birth date.
